Another Monday–one last one before I get a vacation, which is sounding fantastic to me.

Prompt type:  Character development

Prompt:  Answer the following questions about your main antagonist’s childhood best friend.  Based on your answer to the yes or no question below, you might end up with an interesting plot twist to try on for size!

  • Who was your main antagonist’s childhood best friend?
  • Is your main antagonist still in touch with this friend?
  • If the answer to the question above was yes, what would happen if that best friend was suddenly ripped out of the character’s life?
  • If the answer to the second question was no, what would happen if that best friend suddenly walked back into the character’s life?
